1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SavQuick, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization (such as a research agency), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SavQuick provides a browser-based environment for the analysis and visualization of SPSS (.sav) data files. The service is provided "as-is" and focuses on client-side processing to ensure user data privacy.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SavQuick, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you analyze.
• You will not use the service to process data in violation of any applicable laws or institutional review board (IRB) requirements.
• You understand that SavQuick is a tool for statistical calculation; final results should be verified by a qualified researcher.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (e.g., Bulk Export, Formatted Excel Reports) require a paid subscription.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: As SavQuick offers a robust free tier to test compatibility, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid billing cycle has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

SavQuick claims no ownership over the data you upload or the charts/reports you generate. You retain all rights to your research. The SavQuick software, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of SavQuick.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SavQuick, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SavQuick, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
